Oven-Baked Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 c. barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 275°. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place ribs on a large baking sheet and rub spice mix all over ribs. Bake until very tender, about 2 hours.

Heat broiler. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and broil until sauce starts to caramelize, 2 minutes.
